my doctor tells me i am animic again. have had all major tests. i am worried this will effect my heart. i eat red meat not to many veggies. concerned.

No relation: Red meat diet and anemia are not a risk factors for heart problems. If you already have heart problems, like coronary artery disease, anemia could increase the symptoms and worse the condition by decreasing o2 transport capacity and increasing the demand of o2. Too much red meat suggested as risk factor for colon cancer. Try to eat mire fish and more veggies. Continue your doctor tx for anemia.
