Unknown lesion: A "dark spot" on your face could be many things: a mole, a sunspot, melasma, skin cancer, a hemangioma, etc. From your question, i can't tell if the treatment you had was laser or they gave you a topical cream. In any case, your dark spot should be evaluated by a dermatologist who will diagnose your lesion and treat it appropriately.
