Stomach flu: There is little chance of you getting stomach flu if you avoid contact with your co- workers. Washing your hands is an excellent deterrent.

It depends: The term stomach flu is confusing. Influenza is an infection of the respiratory tract. Illnesses that effect your stomach are different viruses or bacteria. That matters because they spread differently. The most important thing is wash your hands anytime after you have touched things that others handle and before you touch your face or handle food. Beyond that you get sick from contaminated food.
