Yes : Cocaine is a known cause of heart attacks due to coronary vasospasm. Sometimes those heart attacks, when happen, can be confused with the Cocaine effect and go unnoticed. After a heart attack, by definition, a part of your heart it's not conducting electricity and not working well. The consequences depend on how large it was and how fast it healed.
