Well, yes, but...: Not on any voluntary basis that just any one can get. People at high risk may get it, such as vets, farmers or researchers who handle anthrax, or military personnel.

Not general public: Biothrax is the acellular anthrax vaccine licensed by the fda for use in the us. You will see it predominantly used by military who will be deployed to high risk areas & by individuals in high risk professions within the continent. There is no medical indication for wide-spread public vaccination.
