No: Vaccines don't cure infections, they prevent them. Getting a vaccine after infection, in most cases, is worthless and will have nothing to do with cure.

Vaccine = prevention: Biothrax is the acellular anthrax vaccine licensed by the fda for use in the us. It is used for prevention. Antibiotics are used for treatment.
