Joint pains: Multiple joint pains raises concern for inflammatory arthritis. If significant enough i would consult with your primary care physician or rheumatologist.

Many possibilities: Many conditions can cause generalized muscle and joint pain. See your doctor for blood work and further evaluation. The etiologies could be very diverse including arthritis, infection, nutritional and many others.
