Health is a choice: Stay fit. Lift something. 30 minutes of exercise per day sufficient to make you breathe deep. Health doesn't come from a pill or vitamin bottle. Relationships are more important than being right. If you love someone, let them know. Find things you like to eat that aren't greasy, sugary, or salty. In a world full of deception, try to find real goodness and something meaningful.
