Get checked for any: Internal medical condition or it could be from hormonal imbalance, stress, anxiety, contact with allergens or irritating substances etc. Hope u feel better soon!

Clarification needed: If you mean a rash, then more information is needed- better suited for a doctor's office visit. If you mean cold sores, then you may need additional tests to see if there is something wrong with your immune system. Again, this requires a visit to your doctor. You may want to rephrase your question if an answer that is more satisfying is needed.
