Go to your doctor: It sounds as if you have orthostatic hypotension (low blood pressure with standing). The dizzy feeling is due to the fact that you are about to faint. The vision is going black because you are temporarily not getting enough blood to allow visual system to work. You should see your primary doctor very quickly.
