Your symptoms: sound like you may have POSTURAL HYPOTENSION (LOW BLOOD PRESSURE)....this should be evaluated although most cases turn out to be IDIOPATHIC ( no known cause) Check it out with your PCPO Hope this is helpful Dr Z
