Vision,lightheadedne: These symptoms are characteristic of postural hypotension if they occur upon standing up rather quickly. That is, your blood pressure temporarily drops and takes a few seconds to normalize. However if symptoms occur at other times,we would like to determine your blood pressure and heart rate at that time. Anemia could be another cause. I would start with a medical examination by your physician.
