My lymphocytes percentage is 49.1% and my monocytes percentage is 13.2 % should i worry about it?

No: These percentages mean nothing apart from the absolute values of the cells that they enumerate; in fact, i often wish labs did not report them. These counts in turn are not helpful in people who are not clearly sick, unless they are very far from the reference range.
