Well...: There is no easy answer to your question, other than to say that ovarian cancer is quite uncommon at your age except in rare situations. I would encourage you to continue looking for medical help. Most cities have county hospitals and if not, many private docs or hospitals often have indigent programs. Even if it is not cancer, sounds like you have issues that need to be dealt with. Best 2u.
