Possibly: Most symptoms of ovarian cancer are vague--bloating, early satiety, feeling of fullness. Other symptoms include feeling "gassy" or changes in bladder or bowel symptoms. Occasionally pain may also be present. Symptoms which are new, are felt with increasing frequency or severity should be explored with your physician.
