How long should i stay on 20 mg of citalopram if i am better but still consistently light headed , which was my original diagnosis after 2 weeks of it?

Lightheadness: Lightheadness could be caused by a myriad of medical problems (anemia, arrhythmia, dehydration, hypertension, etc.) citalopram can cause dizziness or other hemodynamic changes as well. If your problems are caused by citalopram or not, it should be proved and tried to be ruled it out. If citalopram is working for depression, it will be evident in about a month. The diagnosis is mood disorder.
