Scrotal Pain: This question that you keep asking sure sounds like an 'online' diagnosis. In twenty years in medicine working mostly with men I have one, never even heard of this injury and two, it most likely would have the same treatment: gentle care and time to let it heal. If you have significant pain or deformity of the scrotum then get to the er or to a urologist's office.
