Yes and no: Headaches and pain in the cheek, toothache are all definitely yes. The bad vertigo and dizziness would only be caused by the cyst if it was large enough to put pressure on the inner ear, which would be unusual. However diagnosed your sinus cyst should be able to tell you how big it is and if this is possible.
