i have been having pain above my navel and i can't have a bowl movement without taking a laxative and when i go its either flat or small round pellets?

Constipation: Constipation can cause pain in abdomen. Stool softeners and laxatives can help. The best natural laxative is a high fiber diet and lots of water. If you dont consume high fiber foods, try slowly increasing your fiber through a supplement.
