Yes - but...: Seasonale is a 91 day monophasic ocp. This means the dose of the synthetic progesterone/estrogen is the same throughout the 84 days followed by the 7 days if inert tablets. Caution in women at increased risk of stroke (family history of blood clots), and especially women who smoke cigarettes. Seasonale is not for everyone. Talk to your gyn.
