I have been getting sinus pain and strong pulse in temples could this be a sinus infection or something else?

Possible infection: Sinus infections can cause sinus pain and headaches. The sensation that you describe of a "pulse in the temples" may be a sign of a headache. I would like to know if you have fever, how long the symptoms have been going on, if there is discolored mucus, if you have been suffering from allergies, if there is a bad taste or smell in your mouth, etc. I think you should be checked by your doctor.
