Light headed: Yes, a sinus infection can sometimes make a person feel light headed. A blood pressure of 98/60 would not normally make a person light headed unless it was a drop from higher blood pressure. Do you know what your BP usually is? Other causes could be medications, such as whatever you may be taking for your sinus condition.
