??: I highly doubt that they are directly related unless you are taking meds for the hip that might negatively affect the stomach you are young but myself personally had a hip replaecement at age 59 ~ 6 years ago and it has done very well since you need evaluation by an orthopedic surgeon to begin wilh best of luck hope you feel better.
