Possibilities: 1. Pars interarticularis defect on the left side with thickening of the right pedicle due to compensatory enlargement 2. Osteoma or osteoblastoma of the right pedicle 3. Healed fracture 4. Fibrous dysplasia/paget's disease 5. Sclerotic metastasis the radiology report should provide an opinion of the most likely cause.
