Likely not.: Hypertension formally requires repeated elevated measurements from being taken in a standard position. This is being seated with legs flat on the floor (uncrossed), waiting for at least 5 minutes, with an appropriately sized, properly calibrated cuff. If sporadically blood pressure measurements are elevated, would consider taking standard measurements as above randomly over a few weeks.
