Yes: It's very likely to be accurate. Also, hcv is not easy to transmit sexually, especially through normal vaginal intercourse.

Yes: After an unsafe sexual encounter, you need to be tested for hiv, hcv, hbv ( if no immunity from vaccine), syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia. All of these tests will be positive within 3-6 months if you were exposed. If negative, you were not exposed. Think about ways to decrease risk of exposure in the future.
