I felt fluid on the right top side of my head after i injected insulin on the left side of my stomached?

Possible.: Of course there really is no fluid in the top of your head - just a sensation. And there is no relation to the Insulin itself. But the injection may occasionally stimulate a nerve that overlaps with other nerves that supplies another portion of the body giving you a sensation where there is no stimulation.
