No solution: Hi. I'm sorry, but I know of no solution to insulin-induced lipohypertrophy. The good news is that the subcutaneous lipohypertrophy from insulin is not bad for you like visceral lipohypertrophy is, which causes insulin resistance. Most if not all of us type 1's have it.
