Clarify: If i understand, you've been told you have an rh incompatibility with your unborn child. By itself, this tells nothing about who the father is. If you already have an antibody, then your physician will follow you closely -- usually these things can be managed nowadays. Good luck.

See below: Rh incompatibility means that at some point you got exposed to one of your child's blood and were not treated with rhogam. This means if your body sees a different rhesus factor in a pregnancy it will try and terminate it naturally. Get more details from your ob.
