Any blood type: Can produce a healthy baby. When mom is rh negative and dad is negative then the baby will most likely be rh negative too. You can have a healthy baby no matter what by taking care of yourself and eating well. Your OB will monitor you and rh neg mothers receive a Rhogam shot during pregnancy to prevent problems and after if the baby's blood type is rh positive.

If the father is Rh: Negative there will be no issues. If the father is rh positive the doc will give supportive care during the pregnancy and the baby should be perfectly healthy.

Any type: The risks of ABO incompatibility with the positive and negative genes is only in the second child. The first will have no problems. The risk for the second can be treated with Rhogam by your obstetrician.
