Varies with individu: Everyone responds differently to alcohol which is a brain sedative. Withdrawal is what happens when you stop suddenly following dependence. Becoming dependent varies greatly in time of usse, amount, other drugs taken, status of liver function, et al. One can become dependent and never be intoxicated.
