Yes, but...: Antiphospholipid antibodies primarily cause problems through formation of blood clots (thrombosis) in blood vessels, stopping bloodflow to the tissues. Rarely, patients with aps have negative labs. All of the problems you describe could result from thrombosis in multiple organs, but they could also be explained by many other things. Your doctor would need to perform further evaluation to know.
