GERD: Gerd, or acid reflux, can be triggered by many different things. A healthy change in your diet would likely not cause this to occur, although it is possible. If you have frequent heartburn, namely more than once per week, i would seek an evaluation by a gastroenterologist to make sure nothing else is going on.
