If you are bleeding, feel lightheaded, back stool, or unable to eat or drink go to the emergency room.. These symptoms can benefit from seeing your general practitioner. Avoid ibuprofen, carbonated beverages, spicy foods, smoking, eating before bedtime, chocolate, and mint.
