Knee pain: At 68, it is very common to have age related wear and tear (arthritis) that can flare up periodically. Also, cartilage tears (meniscus) are common even without a remembered injury or cause. If it does not settle down with ice/rest/low impact exercise/nsaids then see a doctor for an evaluation and treatment recommendations.
