How to use betamethasone for phimosis and does it have any side effects? please help doc...

Phimosis: If you use it too often, you might cause permanent thinning and fragility of the skin. You could rub it on daily for a week but i wouldn't go longer. You might also consider adding an antiyeast cream daily for a week such as Miconazole since yeast often worsens phimosis. I give my patients a corticosteroid injection in the buttock and an oral antiyeast pill when redness and swelling.
