No need: It is affecting you! no tests are needed. It affects you in the long-term - no can say how, which organs specifically, or how fast. But you will get copd, heart disease, coughing, headache, low stamina, and possibly lung cancer, heart attack, stroke, head/neck cancer, throat cancer, bladder cancer, buerger's disease, and impotence.
