IBS: An infectious etiology for your symptoms is less likely due to the frequency of occurrences. Irritable bowel syndrome can be associated with frequent bouts of diarrhea often associated with stress. If there is ever any traces of blood, inflammatory bowel diseases such as crohn's disease should be ruled out. Consult a gastroenterologist for a workup and treatment.

Diarrhea: Getting diarrhea as much as you describe can be serious and should be looked into by your doctor. It may be something as mild as irritable bowel syndrome related to stress, diet, and inheritance or something more serious like inflammatory bowel disease.
