How can you tell if you have stomach bug or something more? been sick since friday .roomie who's surg tech says virus.i think gallbladder who's right?

See previous answer: A stomach bug will be self limited to a week or so, and gallbladder will have pain that comes and goes - although it can be there for a while. Most stomach bugs are from others - and there is some stomach virus going around.

All or none: As you are not getting better 'since friday' it could be a simple problem as you mentioned or that will cause harm to you if you do not take care of yourself , call your doctor or go to nearest er , then you will be fine
