Back problems : Typically do not cause pelvic cramping so she should be seen to check for a urinary tract problem like an infection, possible GI conditions, a vascular problem like an aneurysm or even a something with her uterus or ovaries. The possibility of tumor or infection to the spine may also be considered. See her physician
