Is it ok to trip and sit in car 4 hours during 16 weeks pregancy?

Yes: Yes with caution. It should be on main highway, not extra rough and has at least one stop and rest area for br needs. If you are a healthy female you should have no problems. Always try and discuss travel with your fp before any trip! he has the ability to judge!

With activity: Pregnancy makes the blood increasingly likely to clot. Pregnant women who are traveling should keep their lower extremities active in the car. A stop every hour or so to stretch helps reduce the risk of blood clots forming in the legs.
