Antihistamines: Claritin, dimetapp as well as Benadryl (diphenhydramine) will relieve the symptoms. Avoiding plants, areas or other inciting allergens may help as well.

Rinse, meds: Saline nasal rinses, otc antihistamines, my favorite is Allegra or its generic equal. Keep windows closed and use ac. Consider a hepa air filter in bedroom. If still no help go to md for rx for nasal steroids. If severe and poor response consider longer commitment with immunotherapy.

Take meds or see MD: You don't describe your symptoms, therefore i don't even know that you have allergies. For symptoms such as sneezing, runny and itchy nose, itchy eyes and ears, anti-histamines such as Cetirizine or fexofenadine may help. You can also irrigate nose with saline and use artificial teats and allergy eye drops such as ketotifen. Using a/c and closing windows may help. No improvement - see an allergist.
