What are some really good medications for irritable bowel syndrome. i live on the toilet and am always in so much pain. i'm on librax (clinidium and chlordiazepoxide) but not working!

IBS: There are several things to be done for this problem. Many antispasmodics may help. Sometimes meds for reducing nervousness will help. Every case is different so best advice is to see a gastroenterologist who treats ibs and you may have to try several things to see which one helps. Hyoscyamine or Dicyclomine are for spasms. Buspirone may help the nervous stomach.
