Are you sure: A lot of possibilities. Has a dentist ruled out tooth problems. The correct dentist should be able to determine if it sinus or some other nondental pain.

Need a doctor!: Facial pain can mean anything. If antibiotics reduce the pain, there may be bacteria present (ie infection). You have to start somewhere and stop self-medicating. Find a doctor. A dentist may be easier to get into asap.
