Yes: There are 4 ingredients to thera-flu max d. Acetaminophen, guaifenesen, dextormethorphin, and Pseudoephedrine and none of those interact with amoxicillin.

Yes, but…: There are no significant drug-drug interactions between the two; however, do you really need a multi-ingredient med like theraflu max-d? What symptoms do you have? That formulation is intended for pain, fever, cough, congestion, mucous secretions. Best to use only as much med as needed for the symptoms you have.
