Not to worry: Though this could mean a lot things, it's probably from under used intrinsic muscles in the foot. Just like any muscle, it tough to tense and flex an under used muscle. Try flexing your bicep for a while and you'll notice it'll start shaking. After a few workouts with your arms, the shaking with flexing goes away. Lastly, stay hydrated.
