Not unlikely at 22!: Even if you have several risk factors, it would not be likely at your age, unless other factors (vasculitis of coronary vessels) existed. The major risk factors: smoking; bad cholesterol/hdl ratio; diabetes; obesity; elevated homocysteine, and hypertension. If you have none of these, your sternal pain as many rheumatic-non-coronary causes.

Low : If a battery of test to check the functional capacity of your heart is normal, including some form of stress test, the probability of you having coronary artery disease its extremely low. Check for other causes of chest pain. Chest wall pain, acid reflux, asthma, anxiety disorders. Follow up with your doctor.
