Blister on knee: Three common conditions that can produce itchy blisters are poison ivy (although unusual to have in one spot only), a bug bite and impetigo, a bacterial infection with staph or strep. If the blister keeps refilling, please take your son to a dermatologist, so it can be opened, drained and cultured to exclude infection.
