Boils: It could be a recurrent staph infection, perhaps mrsa. Other possibilities include acne, cysts and herpes simplex virus infection. I would have your dermatologist look at this.

Infection!: It is very likely that a tooth or teeth and/or surrounding bone are succumbing to a very significant infection. Destruction of the bone allows infected material (pus) to drain through the path of least resistance. An area such as this is called a fistula. If it did not drain, you would likely be in much more severe pain. X-ray imaging is necessary and then consultation with an oral surgeon.
