Normal if only sx: 4 ounces is 120 cc. Normal value is 150 cc( 5 oz. Or more ) in adult. Overactive bladder is condition typically caused by spasms of the muscles of the bladder, a problem of the nerves and muscles of the bladder. Symptoms are urinary urgency -- failure to be able to postpone the need to urinate, frequency of urination -- the need to urinate 8 times/day, incontinence leakage, nocturia-multiple times.

4 oz = 120 cc: A bit on the low side. It is very difficult to define normal but generally females get first urge to void about 100-200 cc, a sense that they should void at 150-300, sense of urgency at 250-500, and inability to control urination above that.
